AFTER SALE SERVICE AND WARRANTY

Frames & Sunglasses: 

The warranty applies on all current collection under manufacturing defects. Free adjustments and replacements of nose pads, screws etc for products bought from us.

Accessories and Readers:

there is no warranty on accessories and readymade reading glasses since these are disposable products.

Rx Lenses:

A different warranty period applies to the lenses with Anti Reflective Coating that varies from 1 to 2 years.

         The warranty does not apply to products that have been lost, altered, broken or damaged by misuse or failure to follow the instructions provided with the product.

          Products that are no longer being manufactured by the supplier, are not covered either. In this case if spare parts are available for a given product, Family Optics offers them as per actual price list.
